GreenMeUp is a Horizon Europe funded project that aims at enhancing the uptake of biomethane in Europe, by reducing the gap between countries with higher rates of biomethane production and countries with lower development rates.
The project will analyse and compare EU countries’ framework conditions and market dynamics, in order to promote country-tailored market uptake measures for improving existing biomethane policy in Europe.
GreenMeUp also aims at providing societal acceptance of the biomethane value chains through science-based evidence and tools.
