Who We Are
We are an internationally active technical, strategic, and communications consultancy dedicated to accelerating Europe’s green and climate transition
Based in Florence, Italy, we bring together a diverse, international team and a project portfolio that spans Europe and beyond. For more than 30 years, we have worked at the intersection of technology, policy, and society to turn climate and environmental challenges into pathways for innovation and systemic change. We are committed to advancing a climate-neutral future built on clean energy, circular resource use, and science-based decisions that improve resilience and deliver meaningful impact.
Our perspective is shaped by more than 30 years of experience in renewable energy and Europe’s energy transition.
We combine technical expertise in renewable energy, bio-based systems, energy efficiency and integrated energy solutions with a deep understanding of European research, policy and market dynamics.
Our multidisciplinary team brings together technical, strategic and communication expertise, enabling us to support projects from concept and development through to stakeholder engagement, market uptake and real-world implementation.

Renewable Energy & Bio-based Systems
We have longstanding expertise in bioenergy, the bioeconomy, biomass systems and sustainable resource use. We work across research, policy and industry, helping partners assess technologies and sustainability, identify market opportunities and bring bio-based solutions closer to real-world implementation.

Integrated Solar & Agrivoltaics
We have extensive expertise in integrated photovoltaics and agrivoltaics, combining technical knowledge with experience in architecture, land-use planning, landscape integration and agricultural systems. We support the design and development of solar solutions that respond to energy needs while respecting the built environment, including heritage contexts, agricultural activities and landscape quality.

Science Communication and Capacity Building
We make complex energy and climate research accessible, relevant and actionable. We lead communication, dissemination and exploitation activities in EU-funded projects, combining scientific understanding with stakeholder engagement, knowledge transfer and capacity building. Our experience with European research programmes ensures effective communication while supporting the uptake and wider impact of project results.

Strategic Convening and Stakeholder Dialogue
We design and facilitate targeted dialogues that bring together policymakers, researchers, industry and other key stakeholders around strategic energy and climate issues. Drawing on our extensive networks and understanding of European priorities, we create conferences, roundtables and multi-stakeholder forums that foster knowledge exchange, collaboration and concrete outcomes.
