Summary
EUBCE is the largest biomass conference and exhibition in the world. A notable annual opportunity for stakeholders driving global biomass innovation.
Each edition, EUBCE brings together the greatest minds and latest advancements in biomass, with the aim of accelerating research and market uptake across the globe. During the conference, over 2,000 experts from both academia and industry share and discuss groundbreaking ideas, technologies, applications, and solutions for the sourcing, production, and utility of biomass.
The scientific programme is coordinated by the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission.

Relevants Publications
The publication of research is a key part of the wider EUBCE conference and of great interest to participants. For this reason, the organisers have directed considerable effort to providing a variety of publication opportunities to EUBCE contributors, all of which can be easily found using commonly available online tools.
During the coronavirus pandemic the vital role of scientific publication in the very diverse but interconnected world of biomass, bioenergy, bioeconomy and climate change mitigation becomes even more relevant as a means of dissemination and learning.
EUBCE Proceedings
The EUBCE Conference Proceedings reflect the state-of-the-art of science and technology of biomass and its future prospects.
The official Conference Proceedings contain most of the contributions submitted to the conference. All accepted papers for plenary, oral, and visual presentations are published online with a full open access policy on the EUBCE Proceedings website. The full papers included in the proceedings are indexed by SCOPUS and coded by a digital identifier (DOI code). This guarantees an unequivocal and permanent identification and citability to all contributors.
Journal of Biomass and Bioenergy
All EUBCE contributing authors can submit a request for their paper to be published in the Biomass and Bioenergy special EUBCE issue (CiteScore = 6.6; Impact Factor = 3.551).
Biomass & Bioenergy is an international journal publishing original research papers and short communications, review articles and case studies on biological resources, chemical and biological processes, and biomass products for new renewable sources of energy and materials. The scope of the journal extends to the environmental, management and economic aspects of biomass and bioenergy.
Energies
Energies (ISSN 1996-1073; CODEN: ENERGA) is a peer-reviewed open access journal of related scientific research, technology development, engineering, and the studies in policy and management and is published semi-monthly online by MDPI.
Special Issues
Energies runs special issues to create collections of papers on specific topics. The aim is to build a community of authors and readers to discuss the latest research and develop new ideas and research directions. Special Issues are led by Guest Editors who are experts in the subject and oversee the editorial process for papers. Papers published in a Special Issue will be collected together on a dedicated page of the journal website. For any inquiries related to a Special Issue, please contact the Editorial Office.
