Since 2016, the European Commission has been organising EU Energy Day to showcase the EU’s efforts for clean energy.
The day’s events bring international businesses, innovators, investors, and policymakers together to learn about ground-breaking initiatives and to exchange developing insights.
As a result, many stakeholders have been able to: (1) innovate, (2) bring down costs, and/or (3) export their skills and products around the world – from energy efficient technologist to offshore wind turbines.
This is one of many efforts towards the EU’s 2030 targets for renewable and efficient energy, as well as, long term goal a decarbonized energy system.
