The objectives of the action are:
– Follow up on the successful role of the Russian stakeholders in the Treckin project (described hereunder)
– Provide deeper and more practical knowledge about certificate systems to the Russian Government through training
– Help choose options and develop a Russian certificate system through workshops
– Assist in using the certificate system for RE target reaching
– Help develop strategies to cooperate with the W-European market so that both will benefit;
– Cooperation with the EU RF Energy Dialogue
