Services included development and implementation of a targeted promotion strategy (social media and mailing campaigns), graphic design of digital promotional materials, creation and management of a dedicated event webpage with registration system, stakeholder engagement and speaker coordination, live moderation support, and preparation of post-event analytics and impact reporting.
