Strategic Communication and Dissemination Consultant
The European Sustainable Phosphorus Platform (ESPP) was established in March 2013 through a joint declaration signed by more than 150 organisations following the first European Sustainable Phosphorus Conference.
ESPP promoted knowledge exchange, experience sharing and networking opportunities in the field of sustainable phosphorus management. It facilitated dialogue between market actors, stakeholders and regulators; identified and addressed regulatory barriers; contributed to policy development; and disseminated information through newsletters, its website, conferences and publications. The Platform also promoted its Members’ activities and contributed to shaping a long- term vision for phosphorus sustainability in Europe.
ETA Florence was selected to strengthen and enhance the performance of ESPP’s Communication Strategy.
ETA supported the production and dissemination of content through an expanded and more effective communication toolkit, designed to reach new target audiences and foster new partnerships. The collaboration also included the renewal of ESPP’s visual identity and communication materials, as well as support in the organisation of webinars and other events.
The partnership started in 2021 and continued over the following years. Key activities included:
– Support in the organisation of webinars and thematic events
– Visual restyling and enhancement of the newsletter format
– Streamlining and optimisation of the newsletter production and distribution workflow
– Management and growth of social media channels
– Updating and structuring the stakeholder database
