Who We Are
We are an internationally active technical, strategic, and communications consultancy dedicated to accelerating Europe’s green and climate transition
Based in Florence, Italy, we bring together a diverse, international team and a project portfolio that spans Europe and beyond. For more than 30 years, we have worked at the intersection of technology, policy, and society to turn climate and environmental challenges into pathways for innovation and systemic change. We are committed to advancing a climate-neutral future built on clean energy, circular resource use, and science-based decisions that improve resilience and diver meaningful impact.
Our perspective is shaped by decades of involvement in Europe’s energy transformation.
We combine knowledge in renewable energy, bio-based systems, energy efficiency, and integrated energy solutions with a deep understanding of EU research, policy, and market dynamics. This allows us to guide partners through every stage of the green project lifecycle – from concept to feasibility, to technical and strategic development, to communication, stakeholder engagement, and real-world implementation.

We have longstanding expertise in bioenergy, the bioeconomy, biomass systems and sustainability-driven resource pathways. Integrated Solar & Agrivoltaics
We hold recognized expertise in integrated photovoltaics and agrivoltaics, informed by decades of experience in engineering awareness, land-use planning, architectural integration, landscape design principles. We help shape solar solutions that coexist harmoniously with agricultural needs, built environments (including heritage sites), and social expectations. This integrated perspective allows us to support projects seeking to maximize energy production while enhancing environmental and spatial quality.

Science Communication and Capacity Building
We apply social-science perspectives to make complex energy and climate research understandble, accessible and impactful. We lead communication and dissemination across EU-funded projects covering diverse themes, from carbon capture to integrated PV and agrivoltaics to electrolysis technologies and green hydrogen production. Our team is deeply experienced in navigating EU visibility rules, ensuring every projects meeets European Commission’s communication, dissemination and exploitation standards while engaging stakeholders meaningfully.

Strategic Convening and High-level Dialogue Design
We specialize in designing high-level, targeted thematic dialogues that bring together policymakers, researchers, and industry leaders around the most relevant issues in energy efficiency and renewable innovation.
